Tai Chi

Most recognized for its slow, gentle and hypnotic movements and its extensive health benefits, Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese internal martial art.

When you study Tai Chi at Chosen Martial Arts Academy, you will learn Yang Family Style Long Form (sometimes called Long Fist). This form contains approximately 109 individual movements and is an excellent low impact workout that builds muscle, develops endurance, improves balance and overall health.

Classes are taught in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, excellent for reducing stress, developing friendships and learning. Each class is 45 minutes in length and classes are offered week day mornings and evenings to best fit everyone's schedule.
